We are committed to providing the best and most relevant tuition programme for your school and its pupils. We can tailor our provision of tutors to meet the individual circumstances of your pupils.
As you can see from the diagram below, there are several options available for the different types of tuition you require and when you wish the lessons to take place. We will work with you to ensure you have the best tutors available to deliver the programme
for your school.
During the school day
Full-day or half-day sessions available. During a full day, tutors can be expected to deliver six one-hour sessions of tuition on either a one-to-one or small group basis.
Tutors will be available for either morning or afternoon sessions. Sessions will last for a minimum of three hours and tutors will be available for both one-to-one tuition and small groups.
During school holidays
During the school holidays tutors will be available on a full-day or half-day basis. During a full day tutors can be expected to deliver six one-hour sessions of tuition on either a one-to-one or small group basis. Teaching Personnel also has experience
of helping schools wishing to merge tuition with enrichment classes so pupils are not only attracted to these learning programmes, but also get maximum enjoyment from them.
At the pupil's home
Where the school feels it is appropriate, it is possible for us to provide tutors for privately funded and school funded home tuition. In these circumstances we work with the school to ensure the home is a safe and practical location for effective learning.
Historically the majority of school/LA funded tuition that takes place at the home of pupils is one-to-one tuition for Looked after Children.
We can also put together bespoke packages that support your school’s unique requirements. Where cluster and federation schools wish to work together from a single venue or with a floating tutor for example, we have experience of supporting this approach
and will be happy to organise such a solution.
