DfE Quality Mark and Quality Mark Wales
Being holders of the DfE Quality Mark since 2002 means that every area of Teaching Personnel's policies, processes and procedures have been thoroughly scrutinised. We use this comprehensive process to ensure we exceed both regulatory requirements and customer expectations in all key areas. In 2008 Teaching Personnel became the first agency in the UK to be awarded both the English and Welsh Quality Mark accreditations.
Department for Education Quality Mark for One-to-One Tuition
Teaching Personnel was the first agency in the UK to receive the DfE Quality Mark for One-to-One Tuition. This was awarded after a detailed application providing evidence of our systems, processes and past experience in helping schools deliver effective one-to-one tuition within the DfE framework.
REC Membership
Teaching Personnel is a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Education Sector group. Being a member of this organisation means that you can feel confident that we comply with the stringent regulations for recruitment within the education sector. The REC also offers professional qualification courses in recruitment which all of our consultants attend once they have completed three months of service.
